On November 9th, 2022, it was our pleasure to host a winemaker dinner with Chef Danny’s long-time friends and colleagues Carlos Fernandez of Bodegas Tierra and Fransisco Astudillo of SAWM Imports. The dinner featured extraordinary wines from this renowned Rioja winery paired with 22 compositions of modern Spanish cuisine. We are so pleased these two gentlemen were able to spend a few hours with our guests, sharing their wines and wisdom.
