Xiquet offers a signature tasting menu showcasing Valencian cuisine with innovative takes on traditional favorites from the warm coastal region. MICHELIN Star and AAA Five Diamond recipient Chef Danny Lledó creates fine dining menus which are product-focused and often feature gems like the Red Prawn of Denia alongside his award-winning paella creations made with Senia rice.

Dining at Xiquet

Xiquet’s gastronomical menu, inspired by Chef Danny Lledó’s hometown of Dénia in the Valencian region of Spain, currently holds a MICHELIN Star and AAA’s Five Diamond designation. The restaurant features a sought-after tasting menu experience which includes Lledó’s signature rice dishes, as well as innovative preparations of other traditional items from Valencian cuisine. Guests can anticipate seasonal menu changes to showcase the freshest products available. The Chef’s tasting menu is cooked a la minute within view of guests over an open, wood-burning flame or a smoker. A meal at Xiquet offers over 16 compositions of modern Spanish cuisine that showcase Valencian gastronomy, beginning with a tantalizing welcome bite and a sip of vermouth at our Chef’s Counter, followed by an unforgettable tasting menu that concludes with after-dinner treats in our elegant mezzanine lounge.

For vegetarian, pescatarian, and gluten-free guests, we are happy to adjust our menu to suit your needs with 96 hours advanced notice.
In order to ensure that our team earns a competitive wage, a 20% service fee will be added to the final bill.
This fee is not a tip.

Wine & Spirits

Xiquet offers guests an extensive yet focused collection of wines selected to complement our signature menu offerings. The beverage list, which was recognized with the MICHELIN Guide’s Sommelier of The Year Award for 2022, is a vital component of the Xiquet experience, offering exclusive wines available by the glass and over 100 bottles. A majority of the varietals come from the Mediterranean, along with a selection of prestigious domestic offerings. Prices range from $100 to $5,000 by the bottle. An evolving selection of vintage Ports and Madeiras is also available for guests, as well as an extensive array of scotches, whiskies, and fine spirits.

Corkage Policy. We allow a maximum of two bottles per party. The corkage fee for bringing private wines is $75 for the first bottle, $100 for the second bottle or $175 for one magnum bottle. This policy may not be available on holidays or special events. We request that guests do not bring in wines that are represented on our wine list, regardless of the vintage.
