On February 24th and 25th, 2024, the Xiquet team headed to Miami to cook along side El Cielo and Zeru. El Cielo offers modern signature cuisine, with the same creative and innovative style of chef Juan Manuel Barrientos, inspired by Colombian ancestral roots, but using avant-garde cooking techniques and neuroscience to surprise diners. Zeru centers their cuisine on the Basque and Mediterranean, all of which is curated by Chef Israel Aretxiga who respectfully fuses Iberian flavors with Mexican products. Chef Danny and Andres of Xiquet, and the teams of Zeru and El Cielo created the ambiance, while the guests enjoyed every minute!
