Michelin Weekend at St. Regis Bahia Beach, PR

 

The weekend of October 6th and 7th, 2023, Chef Danny Lledó travelled to Puerto Rico to host a “Michelin Weekend” takeover of the St. Regis Bahia Beach. The events kicked off with a seaside barbeque featuring produce and seafood from the property itself. The next night, Chef Danny presented a multi-course tasting menu experience for guests to enjoy, complete with carefully curated wine pairings.
