St. Regis Bahia Beach Resort Puerto Rico

 

On February 8th, 9th, and 10th 2024, Xiquet and the St Regis Bahia Beach Resort created an unforgettable dinner series. The first night event was the more casual beachside dinner, featuring local seafood and vegetables grown on the resort. Cocktails were passed around as guests were treated to performances of Bomba y Plena — traditional music and dances of Puerto Rico. The second evening featured the more formal five-course ‘Midnight Supper’ tasting menu paired with Spanish and Portuguese wines. Chef Lledó began the night by sabering a bottle of Champagne, a St. Regis tradition, then guests enjoyed dishes which included Iberian Pork Shoulder with Pepper Jus and Potato Soufflé Chips and Braised Rabbit with Chanterelle and Porcini mushrooms. Creating this dinner series, while also enjoying the 2 miles of private beaches was an absolute dream!
